She is also the winner of the South Florida Business and Wealth Up and Comer award for the law category in June 2015. She has been a regular contributor to Condo Management Magazine and was formerly a weekly contributor to the Sun-Sentinel condo blog.
Lindsay E. Raphael, a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rated Attorney and Board Member Certified Instructor, brings over 17 years of legal experience. Her practice focuses on community association matters, including, condominium and homeowners association matters, providing counsel on such issues as collections, rules enforcement, contractual review, association documents, elections, budgets, turnover, fair housing issues, compliance issues, homeowners association operations and condominium operations as well as transaction counsel to developers, buyers, sellers and lenders of residential and commercial real estate and general corporate and contract law.
Lindsay Raphael holds a law degree with honors from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where she was an associate editor of the Nova Southeastern University Law Review and is a published author in Nova Law Review.

Raphael also was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and graduated from Leadership Broward Class XXXII. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration from Lynn University.
